This notice explains how we handle personal data provided by candidates, including CVs, career information and communications submitted for recruitment purposes.

Purpose of processing

We process candidate information to assess suitability for current and future roles, present profiles to clients where appropriate, manage registration and consent, maintain talent pools and provide career-related communications where agreed.

Information candidates provide

Candidates may provide CVs, employment history, qualifications, compensation expectations, location preferences, work authorisation details, references and other information relevant to career opportunities.

Confidentiality and client presentation

We treat candidate information confidentially. Profiles are shared with clients only where relevant to a suitable opportunity and, unless you instruct otherwise, typically after discussion with you. You may ask us to treat your registration as fully confidential.

Retention of candidate records

We retain candidate information while your registration remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can contact you regarding suitable future opportunities, unless you request deletion or we are required to retain records for legal reasons.

Your choices

You may update, withdraw or request deletion of your information by contacting enquiries@ainsworthhale.com. You may also ask us to restrict how your profile is shared with clients.
