We process business contact details, role information, hiring requirements, interview feedback, billing contacts and communications relating to search and recruitment mandates.

We use this information to deliver executive search and recruitment services, manage contracts and fee arrangements, maintain client relationships, comply with legal obligations and improve service delivery.

Client contact information is shared internally on a need-to-know basis and with service providers supporting our operations. We retain client records for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, regulatory and business record purposes.
