Head of Chartering

Responsibilities

• Lead chartering strategy and P&L accountability for assigned segments
• Manage and develop a team of chartering executives and operators
• Partner with operations, finance and technical teams on voyage performance
• Represent the company with brokers, charterers and counterparties at senior level

Experience

• Substantial dry bulk chartering experience at director or head-of level
• Track record building or scaling a commercial desk
• Strong market relationships and commercial judgement
• Degree or equivalent professional background preferred
